All team bookings are made on a subscription basis wherever possible. A subscription guarantees your weekly slot and is the cheaper option.

— How Subscriptions Work

Your Slot, Every Week

  • Once confirmed, your slot is reserved on a rolling weekly basis.
  • Payment is taken automatically each week, on the day of your session, via PitchBooking.
  • Need to miss a week? Give us 24 hours' notice by email or WhatsApp and no payment will be taken.
  • Already know dates you won't need (school holidays, cup weeks, pre-season)? Add them to the form and we'll exclude them from your subscription.

What happens after you apply

  1. Confirmation sentOnce our team has reviewed your request, you'll receive a booking confirmation by email and text from PitchBooking.
  2. Claim your bookingFollow the link in your confirmation to claim your booking on PitchBooking. You'll need a free account if you don't already have one.
  3. Set up your subscriptionSet up your weekly payment. Your slot is not fully secured until this step is complete.

6Declaration

All 3G bookings are subject to the following. Failure to comply may result in your booking being suspended or permanently cancelled without refund.

  • PaymentAll payments must be made in accordance with your booking type. Missed or failed subscription payments may result in your slot being released and your booking cancelled. It is your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date on PitchBooking.
  • Litter & pitch conditionAll teams are responsible for leaving the pitch and surrounding areas clean and tidy after each session. Recurring instances of litter, mess or damage will result in a formal warning followed by cancellation of the booking.
  • Conduct on the pitchAny player found urinating on or around the pitch will result in the immediate cancellation of the team's booking. Toilet facilities are available on site and must be used at all times. This is a zero-tolerance rule.
